What You’ll Do
- Support Sales Representatives with event orders from quote to execution
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues
- Recommend equipment substitutions and value-adding upgrades
- Assist with event layouts using CAD systems
- Collaborate with warehouse and office teams to ensure successful events
- Participate in sales meetings, client calls, and business development activities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in party rentals, catering, event planning, or corporate events strongly preferred
- College degree preferred
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Sales experience a plus;
