What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coaches position at Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart Career Center?
Stuart Country Day School of the Sacred Heart in Princeton, New Jersey, an independent, Catholic all-girls PS-12 Sacred Heart School with a mission to educate the whole child and inspire young women to lead lives of exceptional leadership and service, is seeking applications for individuals interested in coaching positions in the Athletic Department for the 2025-26 academic year. A variety of positions are anticipated to be available for Stuart’s athletic teams for students in Grades 5 through 12.
These are seasonal, stipend positions. Compensation offered will be based upon a candidate's education, years of experience, skill set, and internal equity. Coach positions are not eligible for benefits.
It is possible for applicants to fill multiple coaching roles and they should indicate their availability and interest in coaching at multiple levels.
Middle School Coaching:
· Commitment: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 3:15 pm - 5 pm
*Game/Competition days may run a little later
Sport Offerings and General Dates:
· Fall Season (September 8- October 30th): Cross Country, Field Hockey, Tennis, Volleyball
· Winter Season (December 1- February): Basketball, Winter Track & Field
· Spring Season (March 23- May): Golf, Lacrosse, Track and Field
Middle School Coaching: Stipend Range: $2,000-$3,500
Upper School Coaching:
· Most programs run on every weekday that school is in session in the after school time range of 3:30pm-5:30pm. Game Schedules may require some later commitments. Most programs have minimal weekend commitments. Some off-campus programs will vary due to facility availability. Part-time assistant coaching commitments could be possible for certain sports.

· Winter Season (November 24- March): Basketball, Winter Track & Field
· Spring Season (March 9- June): Golf, Lacrosse, Track and Field
