Key Responsibilities
- Compute coordinates for use in field layout
- Perform field layout and as-built surveys
- Prepare detailed and accurate as-built documentation and reports
- Coordinate with project managers and field leadership to support project execution
- Analyze survey data and assist in resolving discrepancies
- Review and cross-check shop drawings and contract drawings, including structural, architectural, and civil plans
- Associate’s degree minimum in a technical or related field
- 2 years of experience as a surveyor or in a similar role
- Experience conducting fieldwork and preparing survey documentation
- Proficiency with industry software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to effectively operate survey equipment and related technology
- Professional Land Surveying License preferred, but not required
- Ability to travel extensively within the region as required
