Position Overview
As a Technical Operations Support Assistant, you will provide critical administrative and documentation support by reviewing, organizing, and uploading aircraft part records into internal systems. Key Responsibilities
- Pull and review paperwork related to aircraft parts being prepared for sale
- Organize, scan, and prepare documentation for upload
- Upload documents to SharePoint, FTP sites, and other internal platforms
- Work closely with Analysts to ensure all required records are complete and accurate
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Communicate with team members to resolve missing or incomplete documentation
- Assist with additional administrative tasks to support Technical Operations as needed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous administrative, records, or document management experience preferred
- Familiarity with aviation or technical operations is a plus, but not required
