In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processing, benefits reconciliation, and compliance with all payroll regulations. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and process weekly and biweekly payroll for all employees.
- Manage and respond to PTO requests, wage adjustments, and other payroll-related inquiries.
- Set up new employees in timekeeping and payroll systems.
- Monitor, adjust, and reconcile employee benefits in payroll systems.
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and financial reports related to payroll operations.
- Train and support the Payroll Assistant in daily tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and ensure timely processing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with WorkEasy is a plus.
- Experience working with an ERP system.
