STS Technical Services is hiring experienced Manufacturing Painters for 1st and 2nd shifts at our facility in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. If you take pride in precision work, know your way around a spray gun, and want to be part of a team that values quality and reliability, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Apply high-quality finishes using 2-part polyurethane spray guns up to 65 PSI
- Paint components to customer specifications using automotive painting techniques at 25 to 45 PSI (preferred)
- Measure, compare, and perform shop calculations to ensure paint application accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver consistent, detailed results
- Stay flexible to support production needs and occasional rush jobs
- Communicate effectively with team members and work well in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience using 2-part polyurethane spray guns
- Automotive painting experience is a plus
- Solid manufacturing experience and familiarity with shop processes
- Strong attention to detail and a self-motivated work ethic
- Ability to adapt to changing demands and production timelines
- Must be dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to your shift
- Able to pass a competency test, spray test, pre-employment physical, and drug screen
