Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and service defense light wheeled vehicles, including JLTV platforms
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to expedite service and parts support
- Anticipate customer needs and support updates to maintenance operations and training curriculum
- Provide instruction to operators and maintainers on proper vehicle operation and maintenance procedures
- Execute domestic and international field service support activities
- Support defense warranty administration processes
- Prior experience working on JLTV A0 or A1 platforms required
- Ability to obtain a minimum NACI level security clearance
- Valid driver’s license required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Degree in vehicle service repair, heavy equipment, or diesel technology preferred
