Key Responsibilities

- Perform and demonstrate key departmental tasks with a high level of proficiency
- Apply knowledge of standards, equipment, tools and workflow to identify and implement process improvements
- Provide daily feedback, coaching and support to team members to enhance performance
- Mentor and assist in training new employees
- Monitor and adjust workflow to meet production schedules
- Support and enforce production policies and procedures
- Assign tasks and lead by example through hands-on work
- Assist with inspections and ensure product quality before final release
- Interact professionally with customers and customer representatives as needed
- Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, including team members, management and HR
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety protocols and 6S standards
- 6 months or more of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet business and production demands
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance in person and on site
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Previous leadership experience
- Associate degree or trade certificate related to the job function
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office
