The role of an Electrical Supervisor involves facilitating and promoting a safe and positive working environment for all employees under your direction. You will provide leadership, guidance, and open communication to your team while identifying opportunities to reduce downtime and repair costs. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality, environmental, and maintenance objectives are consistently met or exceeded, training and mentoring employees, designing work schedules, and delegating responsibilities effectively. You will document and schedule predictive, preventative, and corrective equipment maintenance, coordinate electrical work execution, and collaborate with other maintenance teams to minimize unscheduled downtime. Additional duties include ordering parts and materials as needed, preparing reports for management, and maintaining high standards of work performance and professional conduct.
For this role, candidates should bring 3-5 years of supervisory experience in an industrial environment, along with over 10 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician, including specialized skills in PLCs. A thorough knowledge of plant equipment and operations, expertise in electronic maintenance systems, and familiarity with OSHA regulations are essential. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are required, and knowledge or experience in lumber manufacturing is considered an asset.
M-F, 6am to 4pm, quarterly company bonus and annual individual bonus

Will oversee a team of 8 supervisors, report directly to the maintenance superintendant, and will make up a team of around 60 maintenance employees(mainteannce techs, maintenance supervisors, mainteance planners, electricians, and electrical supervisors). They will also be the only electrical supervisor on their shift

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
