The Opportunity
We are seeking a Web Sales Associate, also known internally as an Inside Sales Representative – Ecommerce, with strong experience working with an E-Commerce sales platform to help organize and coordinate online sales for the organization.
- Do you have customer service experience to go with your strong problem-solving and organizational skills?
- Are you experienced with different Point of Sale software applications, Excel, and Outlook?
- You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a company that is rapidly expanding its E-Commerce business activities.
- There will be no dust gathering under your feet, so expect to hit the ground running and learn.

Required Experience
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing quotes and order types of sales and customers in an Industrial supply environment.
- Previous experience working with an online sales platform (CRM).
- Accurately and efficiently working with technology (computers and software applications)
- Email management: high-volume inbox management and regular communications.
- Managing a high-activity environment with a lot 'coming at you' all day without becoming overwhelmed.
- Relentless attention to detail with a strong track record of order accuracy
- Proficient in navigating computer operating systems with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Compensation
- $17/ per hour
