Compensation: $49, 900 to $61,900/ annually with required experience; eligible for overtime compensation; eligible for Quarterly Bonus compensation*
Must Haves in Your Management Background and Experience:
- 3 years MINIMUM Industrial Warehouse Management experience,
- Preference will be given for Warehouse Logistics experience,
- At least 2 years of leading 10-15 warehouse team members, AND
- Experience in Optimizing Warehousing and Manufacturing Processes.
REQUIRED SPECIFICS: Warehouse Management and Light Manufacturing Production Control experience to:
- Lead and Oversee all Warehouse Activities (at least 15,000 sq ft),
- Ensure Efficient Processes,
- Maximize Warehouse Productivity,
- Manage Employee Performance & Adherence to policies,
- Coordinate Logistical Processes,
- Ensure the Quality of Value-Added Services (VAS),
- Prepare Relevant Documentation, and
- Work Overtime When Necessary to Meet Customer Expectations.
Requirements to be Approved by our Insurance Underwriter for Driving Company Vehicles: These requirements are non-negotiable. You must meet ALL of them to be considered for this job.
- Must be at least 25 years of age.
- Driver’s License must be active and current for Texas.
- No international driver’s license accepted.
- No speeding in excess of 25 mph, reckless driving, or racing violations in last 3 years.
- No violation for driving without a license in the last 3 years.
- No more than two At-Fault accidents in the last 5 years.
- No DUI, DWI, or Vehicular Homicide violations in the last 7 years.
- Able to pass a pre-employment and ongoing random substance screening (urine analysis and breathalyzer screening) 100% of the time (Zero Tolerance Policy).
Compensation:
- $49, 900 to $61,900/ annually with required experience
- Hourly; Eligible for OT compensation
- Opportunity for Quarterly Teamwork Bonus Program* that are paid every 3 months.
*Bonuses are calculated based on your performance, the team's performance, and the company's performance during the 3-month period of time. Bonus rate is based on 35 hours times your hourly rate of pay. It can be more or less than $580 per quarter depending on the calculation of the performance factors.
