STS Aviation Services is hiring Aircraft Structures Technicians in Melbourne, Florida. This role focuses on heavy sheet metal modifications and installations, including WiFi systems, winglets, interiors, and avionics.

Position Summary
As an Aircraft Structures Technician, you will perform complex structural work on commercial and large regional aircraft. Candidates must bring strong modification experience and be prepared to pass both written and hands-on assessments to demonstrate technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural modifications including WiFi installations, winglet installations, interior modifications, and avionics system modifications and installations
- Work on A220, A320, 737 and ERJ-175 aircraft
- Ensure work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
- Follow all regulatory, company, and airport procedures while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience performing heavy structural modifications on commercial or large regional aircraft required
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license strongly preferred but not required
- Must provide a complete set of basic hand tools to perform job duties
- Must successfully pass a written and hands-on assessment test
- Valid and current driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security badge
- Must be able to work any shift or schedule as required
