Under the general direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor this position is responsible for the joining of metal components together using a variety of arc and gas welding equipment to fabricate or repair products such as machined parts, fabrications, and tubular assemblies. Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Welds and fabricates flexible and rigid tube assemblies composed of a variety of materials using manual and automatic arc welding processes.
- Assesses welds for conformance to visual and dimensional requirements.
- Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
