Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Summary: Processes detail and fabricated assemblies through chemical cleaning processes.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following.
- Performs a variety of cleaning processes involving water, solvents, and alkaline cleaning solutions.
- Uses overhead crane to perform time sequential transfers of baskets to and from processing solutions.
- Loads and unloads parts into process baths.
- Dries parts using compressed air and ovens.
- Application and removal of maskant on details when required.
- Follows all required safety and OSHA rules and regulation including the use of PPE.
- Performs visual inspection of parts and assemblies.
- Verifies and maintains accuracy of routers and other applicable documents for completeness.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
