We are seeking a highly skilled Lead React Developer to spearhead our front-end development efforts and drive innovative web application solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in React.js, modern web technologies, and system architecture, with a strong background in software development best practices. Duties

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of responsive web applications using React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end technologies.
• Architect scalable and maintainable system solutions integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Web services.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and user flows into functional interfaces that prioritize user experience and accessibility.
• Oversee code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to SDLC best practices.
• Manage version control using GitHub and SVN; implement CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins or similar tools for seamless deployment.
• Coordinate with DevOps teams to optimize application deployment on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices using frameworks like Bootstrap and responsive web design principles.
• Mentor junior developers, foster Agile methodologies, and facilitate effective communication within the development team using tools like Jira and Trello.
• Stay current with industry trends in web development, UI/UX innovations, and emerging technologies such as React Native for mobile applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead React Developer or similar senior front-end role with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Extensive knowledge of React.js ecosystem including Redux, React Express, React Native, and related libraries like jQuery and AJAX.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS/SASS; familiarity with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap or Material UI.
• Strong understanding of system architecture principles including MVC/OOP design patterns; experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Web services (SOAP), and JSON/XML data formats.
• Hands-on experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python (Django), Ruby on Rails; familiarity with ASP.NET is a plus.
• Knowledge of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB; experience with SQL queries and data visualization tools is desirable.
• Experience working within Agile environments utilizing tools like Jira; familiar with SDLC processes including unit testing and DevOps practices using Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure; understanding of containerization tools like Docker and configuration management tools like Ansible is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail; strong communication skills for effective team collaboration. Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
