STRYKEZONE Performance Center is coming to the area, and we're building our team.
We're looking for knowledgeable, passionate Baseball Instructors who want to put their experience to work helping the next generation of athletes.

You do not need to specialize in every area of the game. We're looking for instructors who know their craft, communicate well, and can take what they've learned through years of playing or coaching and pass it on to younger athletes.
This is a salaried position. Instructors will work across a variety of training opportunities, including private lessons, small-group training, camps, clinics, and other special events.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual and small-group baseball instruction based on your areas of experience.
- Teach proper fundamentals, mechanics, and techniques.
- Help athletes improve their skills, confidence, baseball IQ, and overall performance.
- Adapt instruction to each athlete's age, ability, and individual needs.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback and hold athletes to a high standard.
- Create a training environment that is challenging, positive, and engaging.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff during lessons, camps, clinics, and training sessions.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional training environment.
- Represent and communicate professionally when working with athletes and families.
What We're Looking For
- Competitive baseball playing experience at the high school, college, travel, or similar level.
- Strong knowledge of baseball fundamentals and mechanics.
- Experience in hitting, pitching, catching, defense, or another area of the game.
- Ability to demonstrate skills and explain concepts in a way athletes can understand.
- Ability to connect with, challenge, and encourage young athletes.
- Dependability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work as part of a team and represent the standards of STRYKEZONE.
- Previous coaching or instructional experience is a plus, but is not required.
- Evening and weekend availability is required.
- Must be able to pass and become certified in CPR & First-Aid Training
- Must be able to pass background check
Why STRYKEZONE?
