Duties

- Execute food preparation tasks efficiently, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to deliver timely, high-quality meals.
- Follow all safety protocols related to knife skills, cooking techniques, and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food industry setting such as restaurants, catering, or food service is highly desirable
- Strong culinary experience with proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- The ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Experience with menu planning and meal preparation in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus
