We are a growing equipment reconditioning company specializing in forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts. We are seeking an experienced industrial painter/reconditioning technician who can work independently and deliver consistent, production-quality work.

This role is paid by the job, not hourly — productivity and quality directly determine earnings.

Compensation:

• Average weekly earnings: ~$1,650
• Typical production: 3 units per week
• Larger equipment pays more

Responsibilities:

• Prep, paint, and refinish industrial equipment (forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts)
• Perform body work including grinding, filling, sanding, and surface preparation
• Occasional fabrication and repairs (light welding, bracket repair, patching)
• Masking, priming, and topcoat application
• Maintain quality standards while working efficiently
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

• Experience painting industrial or heavy equipment (automotive or equipment painting considered)
• Strong body work and surface prep skills
• Ability to perform minor fabrication and basic welding if necessary
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Must supply own tools (hand tools, grinders, welding equipment as applicable)

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with forklifts, aerial lifts, or construction equipment
• MIG welding experience
• Experience in piece-rate or production-based work environments
