What You Will Do Analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Develop market sizing models and segmentation frameworks to guide strategic planning. Create compelling presentations that communicate insights to leadership and cross-functional teams. Conduct make-versus-buy analyses to support partnership, merger, or acquisition decisions. Collaborate with vendors to initiate and manage RFP processes. Provide metrics and performance updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Examine historical and current research requests to identify recurring themes and inform future strategies. Deliver timely, accurate intelligence that supports marketing programs and sales initiatives. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field. Minimum 0 years of professional experience (entry-level). Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with market research, data analysis, or competitive intelligence tools. Familiarity with financial modeling and business performance metrics. Additional Information Work arrangement: Onsite Travel requirements: Minimal (up to 10%). $70,400 - $98,000 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
