About Stryde Research
Stryde Research is a Site Management Organization running clinical research sites across Texas, NJ, NY and CT. We run trials in dermatology, rheumatology, cardiology, and general medicine. Our mission is to humanize clinical research and make it easier for underrepresented communities to take part. We're looking for someone who can tell that story well online and also help keep our Plano clinic stocked, organized, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role
This is a dual position. Most of your time will go to content and social media: writing posts, blogs, and longer pieces that build Stryde's brand and help people learn about research opportunities. The rest goes to clinic operations support, mainly ordering supplies and handling administrative tasks for the team. It's a good fit for someone who writes well, stays organized, and likes having both creative and operational work on their plate.
Social Media and Content
You'll plan and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels, keeping a regular posting calendar. You'll write blog posts, patient-friendly articles, and longer pieces such as white papers and case studies for sponsors and partners. You'll take photos and short videos around the clinic, design graphics in Canva or similar tools, and support our podcast, Humans of Clinical Research, with episode promotion and clips. You will keep website fresh. You'll also track basic performance numbers and share what's working each month.
Clinic Administration
You'll own supply ordering for the clinic: tracking inventory, placing orders with vendors, receiving shipments, and making sure the team has what it needs before it runs out. You'll help with general admin work such as organizing files, keeping shared trackers up to date, preparing documents, managing vendor invoices, and supporting coordinators and leadership with day-to-day tasks as they come up.
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of experience in social media or content marketing. Strong writing skills, with samples of posts, blogs, or long-form pieces you can share. Comfort with Canva, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, and basic analytics. Some experience with purchasing, inventory, or office administration. Organized and dependable, able to switch between creative work and operational tasks in the same day. Solid with Excel and AI tools.
Nice to Have
A marketing background in healthcare, life sciences, or wellness. Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar). A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Clinical research experience isn't required; we'll teach you what you need to know.
