Showroom Representative & Scheduling Coordinator

Seeking an outgoing, professional host to manage our smart pergola showroom and schedule customer appointments.

Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Location: Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood, CA

Showroom Responsibilities:

• Open and close the showroom; keep displays, samples, and materials clean and organized
• Welcome visitors, lead tours, and demonstrate smart pergola features and options
• Answer general questions and connect customers with sales representatives
• Capture lead information and schedule consultations and follow-ups
• Track visitors, inquiries, and appointments
• Support showroom events and promotions

Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Schedule in-home design consultations for prospective customers
• Manage and optimize multiple designers' calendars
• Coordinate appointment availability and scheduling adjustments as needed
• Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system
• Communicate effectively with customers, designers, and management regarding scheduling updates
• Assist with appointment confirmations, reschedules, and cancellations
• Help ensure appointment goals and company performance metrics are achieved
• Support additional administrative and coordination tasks as assigned

Basic Experience and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service, retail, hospitality, showroom, reception, or call center experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, email, calendars, browsers, and office equipment
• Able to learn CRM and scheduling software and maintain accurate records
• Strong phone, text, email, verbal, and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently
• Able to multitask among visitors, calls, emails, and appointments
• Willing to learn smart pergola products
• Reliable transportation and availability Wednesday through Sunday

Training Requirements:

• 5 Days training.
• Must be available to complete 3 days of on-site training at our San Dimas, office
• Showroom operations and product knowledge training will be 2 days at the West Hollywood showroom.
• The candidate must be willing and able to learn about our smart pergolas, available features, showroom procedures, and customer presentation process
