Job Overview
Structwell Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Cabinetry & Millwork Installer to join our fast-growing team. We are a custom home and remodel general contractor with active projects throughout San Diego, Los Angeles, and the Desert Cities. With our own in-house Custom Cabinetry and Millworks shop, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship, precise execution, and a service-first approach to building high-end residential projects.
We are seeking skilled, detail-oriented professionals to join our growing team.
- Finish Carpenter: Install trim, moldings, cabinetry, and other high-quality wood finishes with precision and craftsmanship.
- Millworker: Fabricate, assemble, and finish custom wood components. Candidates must have hands-on experience with cabinet shop machinery (saws, planers, joiners, sanders, etc.).
- Installers: On Site installation of our custom cabinetry and millwork whole house packages
Preferred Skills (a strong plus):
- Proven experience in carpentry or millwork
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Proficient in safe operation of cabinet shop machinery
- Team-oriented with a commitment to safety
- Experience using Cabinet Vision, V Carve, and SketchUp always welcome
- Being a decent Human Being is mandatory - Skills can be taught, but real hard to work along side people with questionable personalities!

Structwell Construction Inc. is a fast-growing Custom Homes and Remodel General Contractor with active projects across San Diego, Los Angeles, and the Desert Cities. Our team in the last 5 years has expanded rapidly to over 25 in-house personnel, and we continue to grow as we take on more exciting residential builds.

Our internal team includes skilled experts in finish carpentry, millwork, plumbing, electrical, hardscape, and framing. This hands-on approach gives us the craftsmanship, precision, and scheduling control needed to deliver exceptional results TO THE MOST Discerning clientele.
Each year, we manage approximately 10–12 SELECT projects, ranging from 3,000 sq. ft. historical rebuilds to 12,000 sq. ft. new construction homes—and everything in between. Currently, we have more than 50,000 sq. ft. of residential work under construction as we move into 2026 and beyond.

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
