What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet Mechanic position at Structures, Inc.?

This is a full-time (40hrs per week) hourly position.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Must have 2 years minimum experience in work related to preventative maintenance and services. Structures has a constant need for keeping our fleet up and running efficiently.
- Experience is required in diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, fuel, and electrical systems on gas and diesel powered trucks as well as heavy construction equipment and small tools.
- CDL with excellent MVR is preferred to help in delivering equipment to projects. Operation of mobile service truck to and from various jobsites will be required.
- Ability to operate and work around heavy construction equipment (all-terrain forklifts, skid steers, backhoes, etc.) is required.
- Must have ability to maintain a “can do” attitude and ability to work with all team members in a fast-paced environment.
- A pre-employment background and drug screen is required.
- Must provide own tools.

Physical Demands:
- Stoop, bend, crouch, reach, kneel and climb frequently
- Occasionally lift up to 70 lbs.
- Frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Repetitive use of hands and wrists with various tools, including fine motor movements and manipulations
- Walk on uneven ground; exposure to cold/hot temperatures and dusty or dirty/greasy surroundings
