This is a full-time on-site role for an AI Business Analyst Lead, located in Delhi, OH. The AI Business Analyst Lead will be responsible for conducting business analysis, managing and analyzing data, implementing AI solutions, and leading a team of analysts. Daily tasks involve interpreting data, developing strategic insights, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects align with business goals.
- Strong business analysis skills including requirement gathering and process mapping
- Experience in data management, data analysis, and interpreting complex data sets
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with AI solutions and their implementation
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of analysts
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications in AI, Business Analysis or Data Science are a plus
