Journeyman Commercial Carpenter – Indianapolis, IN | Up to $34/hr
STRUCTURE RESOURCES is seeking experienced, full-time Commercial Carpenters for a rapidly growing General Contractor in the Indianapolis area.
We are looking for skilled carpenters with commercial construction experience who can perform a variety of carpentry scopes and are comfortable working across multiple projects and facilities-maintenance assignments.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform commercial carpentry work including:
- Metal stud framing
- Drywall installation and repair
- Acoustical ceilings / ACT
- Doors, frames, and hardware
- Casework and millwork
- Finish carpentry and trim
- FRP installation
- Demolition
- Punch-list and closeout work
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Perform repairs, upgrades, and general building maintenance as needed.
- Float between active commercial construction projects and facilities-maintenance assignments based on project needs.
- Coordinate and work effectively alongside other trades and project teams.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous commercial carpentry/construction experience required.
- Experience with multiple commercial carpentry scopes listed above strongly preferred.
- Ability to safely operate common hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to quality, productivity, and jobsite safety.
- Ability to pass applicable skills assessment(s).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
- Ability to pass a background check.
