Structure Resources is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our client's North Carolina office. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a 100% employee-owned civil construction company.
They are looking for a Quality Control professional with Highway, Roadway, and Infrastructure experience. The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing project quality programs, conducting inspections and audits, coordinating testing activities, maintaining quality documentation, and ensuring all work is performed in accordance with contract requirements, project specifications, company quality standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Compensation:
- $95K - $130K base salary (depending on experience)
