What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Trim Carpenter position at Structure Remodeling?

Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks per plans and instruction
- Work with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate cuts, fits, and finishes.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of materials and equipment
- Lay tiles and perform other flooring installation tasks
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete carpentry tasks
- Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square
- Apply caulk and perform other sealing tasks
- Assist with building/remodeling projects
Skills
- Proficient in plastering techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Minimum 5 years experience in trim carpentry
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physically demanding tasks
- Skilled in tile laying for flooring and other surfaces
- Familiarity with power tools used in carpentry work
- Understanding of plumbing principles for ensuring proper installation
- Experience in caulking and sealing materials for waterproofing purposes
- Previous experience in building/remodeling projects is a plus
