What You'll Do- Set up and operate CNC machines
- Read blueprints and work instructions
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
- Make tool and offset adjustments to maintain quality
- Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers
- Complete production and inspection documentation
- Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean, safe work area
- High School Diploma or GED
- CNC machining experience or technical machining training
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Basic understanding of GD&T preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
