We are a growing property management company dedicated to providing excellent service to our residents and owners. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our Leasing Department and support the day-to-day operations of our leasing process.
Position Overview
This is an in-office role responsible for managing the full leasing cycle and ensuring a smooth experience for tenants, owners, and our internal team. The ideal candidate is proactive, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage all leasing activities, including preparing new leases, renewals, and extensions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date unit descriptions, pricing, and availability
- Handle inbound leads, schedule showings, and maintain communication with prospective tenants
- Process applications, verify information, and prepare application summaries for management review
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring proper documentation and communication
- Track and maintain security deposit records in compliance with regulations
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all leasing documents are properly stored
- Assist with additional administrative tasks within the leasing department as needed

- Experience in property management, leasing, or administrative roles is a plus (but not required)

Important:
This is not a remote or hybrid position. You must be available to work in the office, Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
