The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Athens, GA. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, collaborating with the construction team, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, conducting inspections, expediting processes, and providing logistical management. The Project Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Project Management and demonstrated ability to manage construction projects effectively from initiation to completion
- Experience with Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Strong understanding of Inspection processes and quality control to uphold construction standards
- Expertise in Logistics Management to manage material delivery, resources, and supply chain coordination
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in residential or commercial construction is an advantage
