Estimating Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Estimating Manager to lead preconstruction strategy and build a high-performing estimating team across our New England

operations.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive winning bid strategies, oversee complex pursuits ($10M ), and partner closely with business development, operations, and technical teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of estimators
• Oversee all estimating and preconstruction efforts for the branch
• Drive conceptual and design-build estimates for complex projects
• Develop bid strategies using market intelligence and cost data
• Partner with BD, operations, and engineering teams to win work
• Support client presentations, proposals, and interviews
• Identify and mitigate risk during preconstruction

What We’re Looking For

• 10 years of construction estimating experience
• Proven leadership of estimating or preconstruction teams
• Experience with large, complex projects ($10M )
• Strong background in design-build and conceptual estimating
• Proficiency in estimating tools, Excel, and construction documents
• Strong communication and leadership skills
