What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concrete Construction Worker position at STRUCTURAL?

STRUCTURAL is the open-shop contracting business line of Structural Group.
STRUCTURAL is looking for Concrete Laborers to join our team performing work in the Little Rock, Arkansas area.
Construction duties include:
- Concrete repair
- Concrete demolition
- Concrete placement and finishing
- Waterproofing
- Formwork / carpentry
- Rebar replacement
- Caulking
- Expansion joints
- Coating application
- Carbon Fiber installation
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials
- 1-5 years of prior construction experience preferred but not required
- Comfortable working at high heights as some projects may require man lifts or scaffold systems.
- Comfortable working on or around water as some projects may require this.
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from project sites locally and / or out of town (if selected for out-of-town projects)
- Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus
Earn between $19-$25 per hour (based on experience)
* $300 Signing Bonus - $150 after 30 days of employment, $150 after 90 days of employment *
Candidates must be team oriented and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude. Candidates must be safety-oriented in all situations and environments. Candidates must also be able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests. Excellent compensation and benefits.
