What You’ll Own
- Market Expansion: Establish strong relationships that lead to new opportunities and closed deals with owners, engineers, and contractors to grow STRUCTURAL’s regional footprint.
- Full-Cycle Business Development: Lead every phase of the process—from relationship building, pitch, through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Strategic Collaboration: Shape and execute the vision for sales for Central and North Florida, aligning efforts with company-wide goals while driving revenue and market share.
- Smart Solutions: Turn complex problems into smart, profitable solutions.
- Market Engagement: Leverage your well-established network and industry expertise to open doors and build long-term client relationships. Be where it matters—client sites, boardrooms, and industry events.
- Southeast Region: includes FL, GA, SC, AL, MS, LA, AR, TN
- 5 years of P2P sales experience in construction, engineering, or specialty services in the commercial and public market.
- Deep roots in the Southeastern commercial / public markets — you know the landscape, the key players, and how to reach them.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and closing large, complex deals.
- Organized self-starter that can work within teams to drive results.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to influence at the highest levels of the organization.
- CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred) and a structured, data-driven approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel -
- ~60 % across Central and North Florida.
- ~20% across the balance of the region.
