Role Description
The Director of Business Development will oversee and lead efforts to establish new business relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue for the company. This full-time, based in Miami, FL, with the abilily to travel daily throughout Florida visiting clients, contractors, developers, architects and structural engineers. Responsibilities include creating and executing business strategies, generating leads, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt to market demands and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Account Management
- Experience with a track record of closing deals and forming strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create targeted strategies
- Proficiency with Microsoft software and spanish speaking is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction or a related field
