Overview
Structural Plasticity is seeking highly motivated and disciplined Founding Outside Sales Representatives to support the company’s national expansion. This role is responsible for identifying prospective clients through field-based outreach, delivering concise informational presentations, and scheduling virtual meetings between interested prospects and the Founder.
Representatives do not conduct closing calls or enroll clients directly. Their core function is to educate potential clients in person, create interest, and book them into scheduled Founder-led virtual meetings, where the enrollment decision takes place.
This position is classified as a W2 Outside Sales Exempt role and operates on a 100% commission compensation structure. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication abilities, a professional demeanor, resilience, and the capacity to work independently in a field-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person, outside sales activities within an assigned territory.
- Identify, approach, and engage prospective clients through door-to-door outreach.
- Clearly communicate Structural Plasticity’s mission, value proposition, and enrollment pathway.
- Schedule qualified prospects for virtual meetings with the Founder using the company’s standard booking process.
- Deliver short, effective field presentations that spark interest and encourage scheduling.
- Manage a personal pipeline of leads, scheduled appointments, and follow-up activities.
- Meet or exceed assigned outreach and booking targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and booked appointments in the CRM or designated tracking system.
- Represent Structural Plasticity professionally and adhere to organizational guidelines and expectations.
- Participate in scheduled team meetings, training sessions, and periodic performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with internal staff to ensure seamless transition of prospects into the virtual meeting process.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to lead generation and field operations.
Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- Proven history of meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Compensation
This position follows a 100% commission-based structure, consistent with the W2 Outside Sales Exemption. Compensation is driven entirely by the representative’s ability to generate high-quality, scheduled virtual meetings that convert to enrollments.
Commission Rate:
- $1,000 per completed enrollment attributed to the representative’s booked appointment.
Performance Bonuses:
Upon reaching 1,000 total users enrolled within the marketing cycle, the top three performing representatives (based on verified enrollment volume) will receive:
- 1st Place: $350,000 bonus
- 2nd Place: $100,000 bonus
- 3rd Place: $50,000 bonus
Bonus eligibility is determined solely by verified completed enrollments attributed to each representative.
Pay: $1.00 - $250,000.00 per year
