Structural Concepts & Components (SCCI) is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our production team manufacturing light gauge steel trusses for commercial construction projects throughout the region.
Experience in construction, framing, carpentry, welding, metal fabrication, or manufacturing is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble light gauge steel trusses
- Read and follow shop drawings and production documents
- Accurately use and read a tape measure
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work as part of a production team to meet quality and schedule requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
- Ability to follow drawings and written instructions
- Construction or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and work ethic
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Four 10-hour shifts
- Overtime and occasional Fridays may be required
