About Structural Components, LLC
Structural Components is a growing engineering services company based in Rutland, MA. We provide inspection, mapping, and structural analysis for telecommunication towers across the U.S.

What You’ll Do
- Inspect and map telecom towers, foundations, and mounts.
- Climb and safely work on communication structures.
- Create detailed reports and document inspection results.
- Support light maintenance or construction work as needed.
- Typically work 3 days in the field / 2 days in the office
- Work-from-home flexibility when not traveling (after initial training)
Who You Are
- Organized, dependable, and safety-minded.
- Strong written and verbal communicator.
- Comfortable working at heights and traveling often.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Engineering or technical background preferred (SolidWorks a plus).
- NDT Level I or II certification a strong advantage — but not required.
