ABOUT THE JOB – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee schedule of each project from initial release to final billing. This position is required to coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, material purchasing, shop schedule and deliveries in order to ensure projects are completed in accordance to customer's specified timelines for all items in our scope.
- Maintain project documentation (RFI logs, CO logs, Drawing logs, etc)
- Manage all job cost reporting along with creating a schedule of values for monthly pay applications.
- Participate in shop production meetings as well as job site project meetings/conference calls.
- Review any changes to contract documents to determine if there is a cost or time impact.
- Build relationships with customers as primary liaison to promote repeat business.

REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to read and decipher blueprints is essential to this role.
- Experience with our estimating software, Tekla EPM, is preferred.
- Clear, succinct and friendly communication skills.
- Minimum five (5) years experience in the steel and/or construction industry
SCHEDULE
- 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday at our office just off highway 67
