$85,000 – $100,000 Truck Bonus Year-Round Work
We’re hiring a Field Superintendent to run commercial construction projects, crews, and subcontractors. This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for keeping jobs on track, on budget, and built right.
What You’ll Do
Manage multiple job sites at once
Coordinate crews, schedules, and materials
Oversee quality, safety, and job progress
Manage subcontractors, change orders, and punch lists
Keep projects on schedule and under budget
Run final walkthroughs with customers
Track jobs using Buildertrend / construction software
What You Need
Experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Lead
Strong understanding of commercial construction
Ability to read blueprints and specs
Experience managing crews and subcontractors
Organized, accountable, and able to run multiple jobs
PEMB experience preferred
