What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Safety Health Officer position at StructSure Projects?
👷♂️ What You’ll Do:
- Champion on-site safety programs and ensure full OSHA & EM 385-1-1 compliance
- Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and training sessions
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to proactively mitigate risks
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- SSHO experience on federal or commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations (EM 385-1-1 experience is a big plus)
- Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
- Confident communicator who can lead and influence safety culture
- Detail-oriented with a “see it, solve it” mindset
