Structor Group is a commercial construction company specializing in healthcare, higher education, commercial office and adaptive re-use projects. We are looking for a experienced and committed Superintendent to oversee on-site construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee and Manage Day to Day Operations on projects
● Site Logistics Planning and Management
● Trade Partner Supervision/Coordination
● Safety Program/Culture Management
● Maintain Project schedules, while adhering to project milestones
● Ensure overall Quality Control/Quality Assurance
● Document Control to include Daily Logs and Photos
● Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
Qualifications:
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Commitment to project success and client satisfaction.
● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
● In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to quickly and effectively solve problems that arise during construction
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
● Proficiency in ProCore (preferred).
