Counter Sales Associate

The Counter Sales Associate plays a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service, whether customers visit our store or contact us via phone. This position involves understanding customer needs, familiarizing oneself with product offerings and inventory, and ensuring a smooth sales process for customers. The primary goal is to leave customers satisfied and with a positive impression of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promptly greet customers and answer phone inquiries

· Efficiently address all customer requests and inquiries

· Follow up with customers in a timely manner

· Cultivate strong relationships with customers while maintaining a courteous professional image

· Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies regarding pricing, discounts, and payment terms

· Learn and maintain product/menu knowledge, inventory, and understand how products are utilized

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Restock supplies and inventory as needed

· Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

· Keep the sales floor, display cases, and check out counter clean organized and compliant with hygiene and safety regulations

· Assist with inventory management and perform other assigned responsibilities

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED is mandatory

· Exceptional organizational and interpersonal communication skills and a positive patient demeanor

· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods, as well as lifting and moving items up to 50lbs

· Prior experience in customer service or food service preferred

Schedule:

Wednesday thru Sunday 9:00am-5:30pm
