Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points
- Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools, chemicals, and techniques safely and effectively
- Develop customized pest management plans tailored to each client’s needs and property conditions
- Educate clients on pest prevention methods, including landscape maintenance, lawn care, and landscaping tips
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments administered, and follow-up recommendations
- Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment necessary for pest control and outdoor maintenance
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols
Requirements
- Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for transportation between job sites
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Willingness to learn about pest management techniques and safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during inspections and treatments
- Basic understanding of land management practices or experience with farming or landscaping is a plus
