Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, responsible, and organized Sales & Social Media Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales, communicating with customers, following up with potential clients, and managing our social media presence. This position combines sales, customer service, and social media marketing.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, messages, and inquiries.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers.
- Generate new sales opportunities and develop new customers.
- Prepare and follow up on estimates and proposals as needed.
- Promote our services to potential customers.
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Create and post photos, videos, and other content showcasing our services and completed projects.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media.
- Keep social media pages updated and professional.
- Use social media to generate new leads and potential customers.
- Follow up with leads received through social media, phone calls, and other sources.
- Maintain organized records of customers, leads, and sales activities.
- Help develop new ideas and strategies to increase sales and improve our online presence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is preferred.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to create professional and engaging content.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Reliable transportation may be required.
Compensation
Pay: Competitive salary based on experience.
Base pay commission opportunities may be available based on experience and performance.
