PROFESSIONAL SUBSTITUTE BUS DRIVERS NEEDED
Availability: IMMEDIATELY
Looking for a flexible, rewarding job with great pay and time off for the holidays? Strongsville City Schools is now hiring Professional Substitute Bus Drivers to join our transportation team for the upcoming school year.

- Starting pay: $18.88 per hour, increasing to $20.06 per hour after working 30 days

Requirements:
- Valid CDL License - Class B
- School Bus and Passenger endorsements
- Airbrake endorsement and Pre-Service certification are preferred (not required)
- Must pass: ODE regulated physical exam and drug screening and FBI/BCI fingerprint background check

Those selected for training/hire will be required to provide the following paperwork:
- Drivers License
- Drivers-Have the ability to obtain a CDL with school bus endorsement and state certification
- Social Security Card (showing current name)
- A clear background check is required: Cost is $46.00 for BCII and FBI (cash/check/) or $48.75 ( credit card). If you have BCII results that are less than 90 days old, we can accept them. Cost for FBI alone is $24.00 (cash/check) or $26.03 (credit card)
- Banking information for direct deposit
- Email address for pay stubs
- 3 letters of reference with name, address/email of three persons who can be contacted to provide a reference
- A passing score on our written pre-employment test
