Job Title: Septic Service Technician (Non-CDL)

Location: Bonham, TX / North Dallas-DFW Area

Pay: $20.00–$27.00 per hour Commission Overtime

What You'll Do

• Respond to residential and commercial septic service calls.
• Diagnose septic system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform septic maintenance, inspections, repairs, and preventative service.
• Present repair estimates and explain service options to homeowners.
• Complete septic work safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Document service calls using ServiceTitan or similar field service software.
• Participate in a light on-call rotation (approximately once every 4–5 weeks).
• Deliver exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with homeowners.

What We're Looking For

• Septic license or willingness to obtain one through our company-sponsored training program.
• Strong work ethic with a dependable and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to present repair recommendations and close approved work.
• Willingness to participate in a light on-call rotation.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous septic service or maintenance experience.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar service management software.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
