What You'll Be Doing
- Run 4 residential service calls per day
- Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems and fixtures
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide honest solutions
- Use Service Titan to manage jobs and customer interactions
- Maintain a clean, professional jobsite and company vehicle
- Participate in an on-call rotation (approx. once per month)
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to ethical service (no upselling or cutting corners)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Coachable and open to training and development
