What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of plumbing technicians in the field
- Oversee daily operations to ensure jobs are completed accurately, on time, and with excellent customer service
- Monitor workflow, job progress, and ensure proper documentation and paperwork
- Provide estimates for tankless water heaters and complex plumbing jobs
- Track team performance and customer satisfaction metrics
- Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally
- Maintain strong communication with leadership and field teams
- Support ongoing training and development of technicians
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture
What We're Looking For
- Strong plumbing background (licensed or highly experienced preferred)
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of plumbers
- Experience in residential service plumbing (diagnostics, repairs, installs)
- Proficiency with ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Professional attitude with strong customer service focus
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
