STRONGLIFE Corrective Chiropractic is looking for a positive, reliable, and highly organized Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.

This is not a typical receptionist position. Our front desk team plays a key role in creating an excellent patient experience, keeping the schedule running smoothly, supporting patient communication, and helping patients stay committed to their care.

We are looking for someone who is warm, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Position Details

Position: Part-Time Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator
Location: STRONGLIFE Corrective Chiropractic — Lithia / FishHawk, FL
Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours per week
Compensation: $17–$21/hour based on experience, reliability, healthcare/front desk experience, and ability to manage scheduling, patient communication, payments, and insurance-related tasks.

Schedule

Monday: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Thursday: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday: PRN / as needed, 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday: 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM, approximately one Saturday per quarter

Applicants be available for the core Monday–Thursday afternoon/evening schedule.

About the Role

As the first and last person many patients interact with, you will help set the tone for their entire experience at STRONGLIFE. The right person will be friendly, dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a calm and welcoming presence.

Your role will directly support our mission to help patients improve their health through corrective chiropractic care, posture correction, scoliosis bracing, spinal decompression, massage therapy, and wellness-based care.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and checking them in and out
  • Answering phones and responding to patient questions
  • Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments
  • Managing patient flow and helping keep the schedule organized
  • Collecting payments and handling front desk financial transactions
  • Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with administrative follow-up
  • Supporting patient communication by phone, text, and email
  • Helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Assisting the doctor and team with administrative needs
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
  • Helping patients understand the importance of following their recommended care plan
  • Supporting a positive, encouraging, and patient-focused office culture

Required Qualifications

The right candidate must have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A positive, professional, and friendly attitude
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask without becoming overwhelmed
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to follow systems and procedures
  • Willingness to learn and receive feedback
  • Comfort discussing scheduling, payments, and patient follow-through

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred, but not required:

  • Previous front desk or receptionist experience
  • Healthcare, chiropractic, dental, medical office, or physical therapy experience
  • Experience with scheduling software or electronic health records
  • Experience with insurance verification or payment collection
  • Interest in health, wellness, fitness, chiropractic, or natural healthcare
