Stronghouse Solutions is seeking a Solution Architect – CRM Systems to support the design, optimization, and long-term evolution of CRM platforms across our national roofing and exteriors platform. This role will focus on supporting current systems while also helping evaluate, design, and plan for a unified future-state CRM.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on CRM implementation experience, comfort with cross-functional workflows, and the ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Ops, Marketing, and Technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to SME for CRM platforms across the Stronghouse ecosystem.
- Support CRM rollout, configuration, and adoption for operating companies.
- Analyze current CRM workflows and recommend standardization opportunities.
- Assist in roadmap planning for CRM consolidation or platform transitions.
- Document workflows for lead intake, sales pipeline, production, and service tracking.
- Participate in cross-system integration design (e.g., ERP, call center, marketing tools).
- Create training documentation, process maps, and data field dictionaries.
- Identify field standardization and reporting gaps across platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure CRM tools are practical, scalable, and used effectively.
- 3–7 years of experience supporting or configuring CRM platforms in a business or customer-facing role, including deep working knowledge of AccuLynx or similar platforms (JobNimbus, ImproveIt 360, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, etc.).
- Experience participating in CRM implementations, data migrations, platform adoption efforts, or configuration projects.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures and reporting dependencies, with demonstrated ability to articulate how data design impacts analytics, forecasting, and integrations with other systems.
- Experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Operations, Marketing, Product, or Customer Success teams) to understand business requirements and translate them into system configuration or process improvements.
- Proven ability to document business processes, workflow mappings, and configuration standards and to create training documentation that drives adoption and minimizes confusion.
- Basic understanding of integration approaches, including native APIs and middleware patterns (e.g., Zapier, Workato), and how CRM systems connect to ERP, telephony, or marketing platforms.
- Experience in customer-facing or solution-oriented roles (e.g., National Account Manager, Customer Success, Product Specialist) where the candidate worked collaboratively with customers to solve CRM challenges and advise on best practices.
- Demonstrated experience with onboarding, enablement, or adoption strategies that drove measurable improvements in CRM utilization.
- Experience in platform evaluation or vendor selection processes, including building feature comparisons, business cases, or ROI assessments for CRM alternatives.
- Exposure to internal control workflows within CRM systems (e.g., lead approval routing, sales handoff checkpoints, data governance standards).
- Experience in the construction, home services, or field services industries, particularly where CRM platforms interface with estimating, scheduling, job costing, and field operations.
